Monthly rent per total area
The room height is not included in the cost calculation, but must be specified. For example, renting a total area of 2 x 3 x 2.8 meters results in a monthly rental price of 2 * 3 * 10,00 = 60,00 EUR (51 EUR go to the landlord and 9 EUR to Stororama).
We refer to this as long-term rental, as the entire storage space is rented on a monthly basis. If you prefer to rent square meters on a daily basis, please use short-term rental.

A short-term storage space is ideal for tourists or business travelers who want to store their luggage or other items for a few hours. Based on your location, we recommend a rental price of 6,50 EUR per square meter as a daily rate.

Daily rent per square meter
For daily rentals, the price per square meter is calculated.
This is used for tourist luggage or to store shopping bags.
Here you earn, for example, 6,50 EUR per square meter.
With 5 backpacks (each handed in individually and therefore occupying 1 square meter) on 4 weekends
(Fri, Sat, and Sun), this results in the following additional income:
5 (square meters/backpacks) * 4 (weekends) * 3 (days) * 6,50 =
390,00 EUR
The minimum rental area is 1 square meter per person or group and is therefore always rounded up.
Thus, 6 backpacks may occupy only 2 square meters
if they are handed in by two groups of 3 people each:
2 (square meters, 3 backpacks each) * 4 (weekends) * 3 (days) * 6,50 =
156,00 EUR .
It is also important to note that the rental price per square meter applies for 24 hours. This means it does not matter whether it is used for only one hour or several hours. The same price is always charged.
